Preferred Viewing Dates & Times:
Having been built to the highest possible standards by local developers the property briefly includes a fully integrated kitchen, ensuite to master bedroom, gas fired under floor heating, lounge/diner, large private parking area, landscaped garden and sophisticated water treatment systems.

This select development provides just three bungalows with each new home finished to the latest specification and all include floor coverings and appliances within the sale price.

The accommodation comprises stylish fitted kitchen with integral appliances including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, full size dishwasher, electric double oven, four burner gas hob, cooker hood, one and half bowl sink with mixer taps, beautiful ‘Quartz’ work surfaces and a range of tasteful grey matching eye level and base units with soft close drawers, cupboards and a clever carousel. Under counter lighting with ceiling LED spotlights complete the package.

The lounge diner is accessed through a set of fully glazed double doors and is roomy whilst remaining cosy.  There are three bright and light bedrooms – Bedroom two is a good-sized double with a loft hatch for easy access into the roof space, bedroom three gives a single-sized guest room or study plus a large master to front with superb ensuite walk-in shower room comprising WC and hand wash basin with vanity unit. Provisions for illuminated shaving mirrors have also been thought of.

The part-tiled family bathroom offers a matching white suite consisting of a panel enclosed bath with bar mixer over and glass shower screen, low level WC with concealed cistern and hand wash basin set into a vanity unit with storage beneath. LED spot lighting to the ceiling and cabling for a shaver point or LED mirror also feature.

The loft has been fully insulated and houses the gas fired combination boiler serving the under floor heating and hot water system, the roof space can be accessed via bedroom two using a premium concertina timber ladder.

The under floor heating is individually controlled by room thermostats so the user can regulate the temperature to suit.

Outside the grounds to each plot have been enclosed by way of smart 6ft privacy fencing with gravel boarding and a gate leading to the dedicated parking area. Attractive flag stone paving has been laid to the pathways and patios as well as a brand new lawn. Traditional post and rail fencing can be found throughout other parts of the site giving the development a lovely country feel.

Other noteworthy advantages include large Upvc double glazed windows providing an abundance of natural light to each room, a clever Klargester sewerage system that converts rain and waste water into a Bio product then discharges into a nearby gully has been used to great effect on this project, wood effect professional V-grove laminate flooring and brand new carpets expected to be laid shortly, hard wired provisions have also been made for coaxial aerials so the developers have really thought of everything.

Also, for added peace of mind with the purchase, a 10 year Aedis structural warranty will be supplied with each home.

Overall the properties have been extremely well planned and developed by local builders and we expect the demand to be strong considering the short supply of bungalows available in the area therefore prospective purchasers are advised to register their interest early in order to avoid disappointment.
