We sold our house with James and the team at Isabelle Estates. We chose them not only because of the lower commission price but also because they're pictures of other properties they had for sale were above and beyond that of other better known high street estate agencies. They really had a great eye for making a house look amazing, and maximised the light and space of each room. Which really helped with selling our little end terraced house. The team were really approachable and considerate so I felt totally comfortable with contacting them to ask for changes on our listing or for extra pictures etc. We went away for a weekend and were totally happy to leave James and his team to show our home to people through out the weekend, they worked really hard with several bookings in just a few days. When we lost our initial buyer they went all out to contact previously interested parties and got us another buyer within 48 hours ! They were always willing to take our calls and that of other agencies as things got very heated and complicated towards the end. James remained a calm middle person between ourselves and the buyers/solicitors/other agencies, even though I would have wanted him to get a little more heated with our buyers, who were messing us around a little. But in the end it all worked out.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people. The whole team were great.

Isabelle Estates offered the best value for money and on meeting James and having him value our flat, he was the agent I was most impressed and most confident with.  James was very professional, knowledgeable and this accompanied with such a fantastic rate there really was no contest.
 
Our flat which was a 50% shared ownership (something other Estate Agents seemed to grumble at and not want to be bothered with) was put on the market within 24 hours of James’s first visit, he arranged for an assessor to carry out an energy survey – again at a very competitive rate.  All of the paperwork and processes were as simple as possible and James made sure I was given all the information I needed.  He also recommended a fantastic Solicitor.
 
Viewings were arranged straight away and we were made our first offer in under a week,  James worked hard to ensure genuine buyers and people who were really interested in the property viewed and he handled all the viewings himself which meant I didn’t have to take any time of work and I was confident that I could rely on James to sell my property with very little involvement from me.  James also arranged for open days to be held at the weekend, meaning that a large number of prospective buyers could all view on the same day – again something that was handled entirely by Isabelle Estates.
 
We faced some delays with the sale of our property – through no fault of Isabelle Estates.  There were complications with the lease and the 50% shared ownership, however James kept me and the buyer fully informed, he liaised with the Housing Association and both parties of Solicitors making sure we were always fully up to date with the situation.  We even managed to exchange, then complete within 48 hours in the end thanks to James’s commitment, persistence and his will to get everything done by the date he had promised us.
